Question / Help Elgato Selection

First thing is to make sure that your Elgato drivers are up to date and if that's the case then try the 32 bit version of OBS MP which is installed by default from the site. Most of the Elgato devices are supported in OBS MP but are reliant on the correct drivers/architecture. Once you've tried that let us know the Elgato model you have.
