Hi Everyone,
Totally new here. I've been battling with my Elgato HD60S for a couple of weeks now with no luck. I will try to summarize this as best as possible!
- I've watched countless videos on the proper setup, and have followed all the steps
- I've made sure over and over again that HDCP is NOT enabled
- OBS Link is installed as well as the NDI plugins as recommended on the Elgato website
- I'm trying to stream on Twitch with my PS5 through my Mac
- my game feed comes through in Game Capture HD but not Streamlabs or OBS. OBS gives me a message that says "Please select capture device"
- OBS Links to the capture card
Now here's the thing - every time I unplug the capture card and re-plug it in, it flashes white twice and then it flashes all 7 red dots together at once. I've tried different HDMI cables, different USB cables...etc. No matter what, it still flashes red - even when i plug in the elgato to my Mac before it's attached to my PS5 and/or Screen. It's behaving as though the HDCP is blocking it but the HDCP is disabled..
I'm using a MacBook Air M1 with Monterey 12.0.1 for the operating software. I'm at my wits end - I don't know what else to try!?
Any help would be so appreciated!
