Question / Help Elgato overlays on obs

I use the elgato game capture hd60 and there are default overlay options and I was wondering if there is a way to export them to my PC and add them into obs as an image source

kinda guessed that but figured I would try here first. Thank you and another quick question:

I stream with obs and an elgato obviously, my buddy streams on his xbox one, is it possibly to have both of our streams in one? like as if you were playing split screen?

Not if he streams directly from the xbox.
