Question / Help Elgato obs studio no audio issue

Now, For the past 2-3 days I've Had an issue. That arose from no where,

In obs studio My elgato has a green bar, jumping up and down indicating audio is flowing through,
But its not, Every time i start my streams theres no audio.

I uninstalled, Reinstalled, Repaired, deleted, Etc. The Audio works in the elgato native software,
And the audio ALSO works in obs classic.

But suddenly in obs studio it stop working, I even tried downgrading to the previous studio to see if that would help with no avail.

Have you tried changing the Audio of it, like output to desktop that way you can hear it on your speakers?

Ive tried Output desktop audio but doesnt that put a unnecessary lag on the game audio?

Also putting the elgato on top makes the sound work for some reason..... but weird this problem just started with nothing new changed or added until after it did.

Was simply mentioning it just so you test, to see if you hear or don't hear any audio without recording or streaming, as in just previewing it. It wasn't a fix, just an audio listening / hearing check.

yes both ways i can hear the audio in obs studio. Sorry, I was just curious as to if that was the fix but both ways. The audio projects, If I put elgato on the top of sources it plays, And if i switch it to the settings you suggested no matter where its placed it plays the audio. Outside of those two options it doesnt.
