Question / Help Elgato, OBS and PS4 party chat

Hello everyone, here is my problem that i hope you guys will help me take care of.

What i would to achieve is this, i want to play a game from my PC, so i want the audio from the said game.
I also want the PS4 party chat audio and MIC from that party chat to be on OBS through elgato HD60 so i can chat to my fellow friends that i play with.

And i want all that on OBS so i can stream it on Twitch...

Is it possible?

Heres what i got,

PS4
Elgato HD60
OBS of course
Astro A40 TR mixamp headset

You would need a 3rd party mic.

The way I do it is this:

Astro USB to PC
Astro Optical to PS4
Audio input on PS4 set to Yeti (3rd party)
Audio Output set to TV

The only difference is that you will need to have another mic to speak to PS4 party. I use a Blue Yeti USB to the PS4. But your scenario is definitely do-able.

Heres my problem now, elgato capture program picks up the audio no problem but the obs doesnt. i have been reserching this shit for the past day on youtube and forums and NOTHING works with OBS... im at a lost here
