Elgato HD60x external weird pixelated horizontal lines when recording.

So the recording works for a few mins before it shows the image below. I have no idea how to describe it. If anyone has any info that would be great. I just received the elgato yesterday. I also tried on the elgato software but the same thing happens.

I have also noticed that when I go back to the xbox home screen this stops. Not sure what is going on
