Currently trying to set up game capture on my mac, which, according to this article, should be pretty straightforward. But when I select my capture card, nothing shows up despite everything being connected and it even detecting my capture card.

My macBook does not have USB-A ports, but I do have a dongle from Anker that does add 2. I've tried both connecting it to one of those USB-A ports as well as using a USB-C to USB-C cable directly, which also had no effect.

Specs:
OBS Studio ver 27.1.3
MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2019, Two Thunderbolt 3 ports)
macOS Catalina ver 10.15.6

Get on the phone with Elgato. I had a couple issues early on with the 60S+ and they were amazingly thorough and extremely helpful.

Edit: and BTW...I've been using the 60S+ for almost 2 years and it's been flawless once set up.
