Question / Help Elgato HD60S Input Freezes

I have an odd issue where after 5 mins or so the input coming from the Elgato HD60 S (connected to my gaming PC) seems to freeze when viewing on in OBS on my streaming PC so the video stops updating and the sound stops. If I close and re-open OBS it works fine.

Anyone any ideas as to the cause and potential solution?
