Elgato HD60S+ Freezing During Recording

Hello

So i have just recorded some videos & i was using my Elgato HD60+ when suddenly the footage from the Elgato just froze completly but my webcam & PC were fine i had to disconnect the HD60S+ and restart OBS Studio to get it working again

I have attached the log files for which were created for my sessions i recorded any suggestions

Also i see on the log file it says Windows 10 but i have Windows 11 installed

Just a update on this:

Did a pc recording the video recording was fine but after i closed the game down the preview on OBS was frozen the game had gone but webcam was still on but frozen

Does not happen everytime tho
