Question / Help Elgato HD60S connected from Xbox One shows black screen.

I typically get a black screen most of the time when I try to stream from my Xbox One via Elgato HD60S. But most times I have somehow managed to fix it by replugging in the HDMI Cable from the Xbox One into the Capture Card or the USB Port into my laptop or doing something else. I don't know how. Below is what it looks like. I'd like to also point out that it sometimes randomly goes from (#1) to (#2) when replugging in the USB Port in the laptop and I don't understand the least bit of it. Anyone knows how this works?

Instead of "Device default" under resolution/FPS type, choose an item from the dropdown and pick the resolution and FPS output rate your console is configured for.

You can also try clicking the "deactivate" button and then click "activate" again if it gets "stuck".
