Hey everyone,
I've been using my Elgato HD60s with no issues on my MacBook Pro. The thing is, I wanted to switch it to my Windows PC, since the software has more functionality, and my MacBook is mainly for work.
I've formatted the PC, installed everything necessary and all Windows 10 updates - as well as the USB 3.0 card driver.
Here is my issue: When I plug the HD60s in the USB 3.0 port, the image shows up fine in the TV I'm using, but the software shows a black screen, regardless if I'm using the Elgato Capture software or OBS.
I've tried reinstalling everything, changing cables, ports, everything I could think of - to no avail.
I've also tried fiddling around with the settings on the software itself - no success either.
My console is a PS4 Slim, just in case anyone is wondering.
The screen stays black, just like this, regardless of what I do.
Has anyone encountered this error? Any way to correct it?
Any help would be greatly appreciated... Thanks in advance!
