Question / Help Elgato HD60s - Black Screen in Video Preview

Hey everyone,
I've been using my Elgato HD60s with no issues on my MacBook Pro. The thing is, I wanted to switch it to my Windows PC, since the software has more functionality, and my MacBook is mainly for work.
I've formatted the PC, installed everything necessary and all Windows 10 updates - as well as the USB 3.0 card driver.
Here is my issue: When I plug the HD60s in the USB 3.0 port, the image shows up fine in the TV I'm using, but the software shows a black screen, regardless if I'm using the Elgato Capture software or OBS.
I've tried reinstalling everything, changing cables, ports, everything I could think of - to no avail.
I've also tried fiddling around with the settings on the software itself - no success either.
My console is a PS4 Slim, just in case anyone is wondering.
The screen stays black, just like this, regardless of what I do.
Has anyone encountered this error? Any way to correct it?
Any help would be greatly appreciated... Thanks in advance!

Please post a log with your issue! Here's how...

If the device doesn't even work with their software then you should definitely ask them for support.
Hi, thanks for the reply!
I'm trying to go at this from both ends, software (OBS and the Elgato stock software) and hardware (Elgato support), but I haven't seen anyone with a similar problem and/or a solution for this particular issue.

Here is the log. Hopefully this will help shed some light in the problem.

Thanks in advance.

OBS seems to see the device:

6:36:59.770: [DShow Device: 'Video Capture Device'] settings updated:
06:36:59.770: video device: Elgato Game Capture HD
06:36:59.770: video path: __elgato
06:36:59.770: resolution: 1920x1080
06:36:59.770: fps: 60.00 (interval: 166666)
06:36:59.770: format: UYVY
06:36:59.770: using video device audio: yes
06:36:59.770: sample rate: 48000
06:36:59.770: channels: 2
06:36:59.770: audio type: Capture

If you don't get a picture either in OBS or their software, then it's likely a driver issue or faulty hardware.

By process of elimination the only conclusion I could reach is that perhaps this PC is not meant to work with the Elgato, regardless of the specs. Next test is to try out a different PC (the "how" still alludes me).

不幸的是,我遇到了同样的问题。但在我更换了我的独立显卡后,问题就解决了。
