Elgato hd60 s

I recently got an Elgato HD 60 s, and I have recorded a couple of videos with it on obs. now, when I select "game capture hd60 s" as the device, I get a weird crackling sound when I record. I checked the device manager, and the Elgato sound capture driver was gone, I don't know if that matters. here my log if it helps- https://obsproject.com/logs/SBe2NynHOmSzKLqy

So, i was meesing around to try to fix it, and i went on to the elgato game capture hd software, and it said i needed usb 3.0. i looked it up and tried the other usb ports, and it worked, so i went back on obs, and switched it back to game capture hd60 s, and it worked! so if anyone else has this problem, try the other usb ports
