I am currently having an issue with my HD60 S capture card on a dual PC setup. I have my gaming rig connected to the capture card with HDMI and the capture card connected to my streaming rig through USB 3.0. The video source coming through the card using the provided elgato software shows and streams with no issues, however when I add the capture card into OBS the video source from the card stutters, it plays for 3 seconds and stops for 1s.
This has forced me to have OBS window capture the elgato software which is a convoluted way to "solve" the problem. I should also say that it is only the video source from the elgato card that does that, my animated overlay (from a browser source) and my webcam video play normally without stoppage. I checked all drivers for the CPU, GPU and USB 3.0 and are all up to date. Below is the latest log file.
