Question / Help [Elgato HD60 S] No sound recording PC

Hi everyone,
I'm trying to stream another PC (video & sound) + Camera + Mic. I got everything except the pc sound. I've try multiple solutions but can't figure out why it's not working. Here my configuration
Streaming PC :

The other PC has the elgato line in audio read device by default.

This forum here is for OBS-Studio

not for Streamlabs

If you have problems or need help with Streamlabs
I'd ask you to use their support.

Because OBS-Studio and Streamlabs can be different so
something can work in OBS-Studio but not in Streamlabs
