Hi. I don't know if any one else has had this problem but I just got an Elgato HD60 S and for some reason whenever I record it (Video Proof is linked) I get an awful freeze. It happens for 1-2 seconds then stops but for the rest of the video it keeps doing the same 1-2 second freeze. I'm stumped on what to do since I do have pretty beefy specs (FX-8350 4.0/4.2 GHZ and GTX 1060) and it should work.

The video shown here, where I use OBS Studio with the HD60 S around the end shows that it freezes, stopping all video and audio. Then it returns. This is just one instance of it, but it happens a lot more when the recording goes on. I even put in a log file to help you understand what is happening. I just got it and I really don't want to return it since I do meet the required specs.
Any help? ASAP would be appreciated but take your time if you must.
