Question / Help Elgato HD60 s audio/video issue

So I just got this brand new spanking Elgato HD60 s and I installed the drivers and the other required software but when I try play a game the game audio you can hear but there is a very annoying clicking sound (I recorded and will attach the video) that I do not know how to get rid of. Also there is a huge delay on video and I was assuming that with this particular device there would be a slight delay or no delay. I will also post my log. Advice is greatly appreciated thank you!

Video showing example of the issues (disregard the webcam delay): https://youtu.be/U9gcOGe8dKc

Just to update, I fixed the popping sound when I updated my USB 3 Host Controller Drivers.

However I am still confused on how to hear the game audio when I am not streaming and how to decrease and increase the gameplay volume while streaming. So many questions, but the joy of streaming is learning as you go.

If anyone has any suggestions it would be appreciated, thanks again.

Elgato will have a delay. I'm assuming you are trying to get it in sync with your microphone and webcam?
