Question / Help Elgato HD60 Pro Freeze

My elgato seems to crash my obs every time i remove it as a source in obs studio. I can add my elgato to my sources but the image in obs freezes on whatever is on my ps4 making it so you cant see the image moving from the ps4 in obs. Please send help.

My settings for this same card I just set to default and make sure you have elgatos drivers installed. If I changed setting fro my elgato it would freeze the same.
