Question / Help Elgato HD60 Pro - Frame Skipping

Hello there,

I've just picked up an Elgato HD60 Pro and have plugged it into my streaming pc.

Streaming PC:
Intel i7 3770k 3.50ghz
Nvidia Asus 660GTX
8gb Ram

When I'm capturing my Xbox One on OBS MP 0.12.0, in the preview, it's been smooth 60fps on both 720p and 1080p, but when I begin livestreaming I don't get dropped frames, but both my camera and my game begin to loose frame rate and stutter, which is why I suspect frame skipping.

My previous capture card was a Avermedia Live Gamer HD Lite and was fine at both 1080p and 720p.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

He's fixed it. He formatted his system and reinstalled Windows 10 and it seems to have fixed the issue. Although I'm now experiencing the same issue, except I'm using an Avermedia Live Gamer Extreme. I believe it's an issue with Twitch as I can stream to Hitbox without any issue, but Twitch results in constant skipped frames.
