Question / Help Elgato HD60 Pro Audio Crackling/Popping On 1080p Setting

I have recently encountered an issue when using my Elgato HD60 Pro in OBS Studio as well as Streamlabs OBS where the audio becomes riddled with crackling and popping noises as soon as I change the setting on my Video Capture Device (HD60 Pro) from 720p to 1080p. Funny thing is, in Elgato's Game Capture HD software, the HD60 Pro runs perfectly fine on 1080p. I have streamed at 1080p 60fps through OBS Studio and SLOBS with this same HD60 Pro card perfectly fine up until about a week ago when the issue arose. Any help on the matter would be greatly appreciated.

Ram: G.SKILL TridentZ 16GB 288-Pin DDR4 3200
Motherboard: Asus Prime z370-A II
PSU: EVGA SuperNOVA 750 G3 80 Plus Gold 750W
