Bug Report Elgato HD60 Frame Rate Drop

Hi. So with the Multi platform version of OBS, there is a HUGE frame rate issue. I have it set to 720p base AND scaled resolution at 60fps, as well as using device default selected to 720p with 60fps checked in the device properties. It doesn't matter WHAT resolution is selected, this frame issue still happens. It's not a minor drop either, it can be anywhere from 15-25 frames, even when everything is set to 60.

Also, whenever you load up OBS, you have to go to configure device in the HD60 properties, and check "Enable 60fps" because it is always unchecked by default when it's loaded up. As well, it doesn't matter what renderer is selected, as I have tried both OpenGL and Direct3D 11.

All in all, I LOVE what you guys have done with the program, but there are still some bugs that need to be worked out (although that is understandable considering this is an early version of the software.)

If anyone can give me a hand, or at least let me know that this has been seen by the devs that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your time.

Need a more extensive log file, this log file is somewhat limited and didn't contain an actual recording/streaming session with encoding.

Please help I am having the same exact issue. I downloaded the updates today haven't been on in a while and now when I stream it works perfectly for a few min then gets really choppy in my obs window and I can't fix the issue.
