Question / Help Elgato Hd and obs Studio no ingame sound

Hi, First im from german and my englisch is Bad :)

I have the latest Version of obs Studio and my Problem is this.
The connection beten elgato and obs Workshop fine the ingame Sound on the Mixer Works But when i record or stream nothing to hear on the Files or in stream.
I have testet IT on vlc.
When i switch the elgato Audio Output 2 Desktop Sound i have Sound on the Files With big latency

same Problem here :/ i was streaming wednesday 15th March 2017, all worked fine, today there were the same problems as above :/ my computer has restarted since then.
