Question / Help Elgato HD 60 Pro locked to 30FPS in OBS

I received my HD 60 Pro today and everything looks fine in the Elgato software but no matter what I do in OBS Studio the game feed is clearly 25 or 30 fps. I'm using the latest version of OBS Studio.
