Question / Help Elgato has no sound when streaming through OBS

Video works fine. But the audio is not there. Sometimes I can hear it. Then it goes away. Help please?

what do use it for? console or pc to pc streaming? if u use it for pc to pc u can use voicemeeter banana to transmit the audio over LAN look out for VBAN in the tool.

I use it for console streaming, And I noticed tonight that sometimes after unplugging it and plugging it back in, the sound would come back but then leave right after.

Yes. Tried out most of the solutions but it hasn't worked. I am starting to think that it's a problem with the capture card itself.
