Elgato Game Capture HD Stutters Only in OBS After Getting New Computer

Hey friends,

I got a new desktop computer recently and installed OBS to do my normal setup. I capture games from my laptop to my PC via an Elgato Game Capture HD card. I had zero problems with this on the old PC, but now it's doing occasional stuttering of both audio and video. This basically manifests as a skip in sound or video every few seconds. I've included a link to a short video showing the problem at the bottom.

The problem only occurs in OBS, meaning if I open up the Elgato Game Capture HD software and record in it, it's fine.

I looked at previous threads on this issue (this problem only happening in OBS) on these forums and see typically the problem is fixed by changing the Audio Output Mode in the properties of the card to "Capture Audio Only", but I've always done that anyway.

I've troubleshooted extensively, replicating the settings from my old computer as well as tried changing every conceivable setting I could think of, and the problem persists. I even thought it might have been an issue with Windows 11 so I reverted back to Windows 10 (same as my old computer), no change.

Admittedly I don't have a dedicated graphics card yet on this new computer, but according to GPU benchmark sites the integrated Intel card in this computer vastly outperforms my old one (I've included the log file below). The CPU averages around 7% when recording, so it doesn't seem like I'm taxing my system with my quality settings (I've also tried dropping the quality settings significantly, no change).

Any help would be very appreciated.
