The Game Capture HD software normally defaults to a "mobile" profile and will not change resolutions or pass the "One moment please..." screen. Everything was working perfectly until the update, but the Elgato will simply not work. After performing a clean install of both the Elgato software, drivers and OBS MP (including all my settings), I don't know what to do anymore. I have tried both 32bit and 64bit.
There are no issues with playback through the official Elgato software. I would really appreciate help of any kind.
