Question / Help Elgato Game Cap HD "No Device Found" Issue

I'm having an issue with capturing my Elgato Game Capture HD via OBS Studio, it shows up with the "Device not found" error message on screen. I'm not sure why, it used to work for me and now it just stopped. I've tried reinstalling both OBS Studio and the Elgato drivers, I've also tried unplugging and replugging in the capture card in every different USB port on my computer, and it still doesn't work. It works just fine with the Elgato software but not OBS, also I use Windows 10 does that make a difference?\

EDIT - I am running the latest versions of OBS Studio at the time of this posting.
