Elgato Facecam pro + OBS Studio

Bonjour,

j'ai un soucis actuellement quand j'utilise ma Elgato Facecam pro et le logiciel OBS.

En effet, quand je lance un streaming, au bout d'un certains temps ma caméra se fige.

Dès que cela se passe je ne peux plus rien faire, mon clavier et ma souris ne répondent plus.

Par contre OBS continue à fonctionner (le jeu en court de streaming est toujours diffusé).

I currently have a problem when I use my Elgato Facecam pro and the OBS software.

In fact, when I start streaming, after a while my camera freezes.

As soon as this happens I can't do anything, my keyboard and mouse stop responding.

On the other hand, OBS continues to work (the game currently being streamed is still broadcast).

Finally, I have solved my problem when I have changed my webcam for a Logitech Brio 4K.

I think it is a problem of compatibility of materiel between Elgato and OBS because I have tested with the Elgato Facecam and I had the same problem as the Elgato Facecam Pro.
