Seems like the Elgato cannot sync to the video signal the Switch is sending:
1:07:47 AM.489: User Removed source 'Switch' (dshow_input) from scene 'Scene'
1:08:41 AM.591: Video Capture Device: DecodeDeviceId failed
1:08:41 AM.591: Video Capture Device: Video configuration failed
Seems like a question for Elgato support? Does this work if you use their software instead of OBS?
