I purchased the Elgato chat link so that I could stream Xbox party chat through OBS. This cable works completely fine except for the fact that the volume of my friends is way too soft compared to mine, making them almost unable to be heard. Any solutions to this? Again, my microphone volume is fine, just not anyone else's in my party.
