Hey guys! So I'm new to this field with gameplay recording and live streaming.
I'm having a problem and any help would be greatly appreciated!
My laptop specs:
HP Pavilion
i7-7th gen 2.8 GHz
NVIDIA Geforce GTX 1050
8GB Ram (Upgradeable)
Capture card is the Elgato HD60S
Webcam is: Logitech C615
So for some reason when I input my game from Xbox to OBS it runs very smoothly (even at 1080p) but for some reason when I add another source, in this case the webcam, my gameplay begins to stutter and lag in PREVIEW! Not even recording or streaming.. I don't understand why.
I know my laptop can handle it because 2 weeks ago it worked. I had my Capture card AND my webcam at 1080p and I also streamed it... RAN BEAUTIFULLY. So when it began doing this I couldn't understand why.
I have tried to bring down my gameplay to 720 and same with the webcam... still nothing.
I was finally getting into livestreaming then this happens...
Please help!
