Elgato Capture Card crashes OBS immediately

So I have the 4k60 MK.2 Capture Card. I've been using it with OBS for awhile with no issues, then all of a sudden it immediately crashes my OBS as soon as a Scene is shown that has the Capture Card in it (specifically when the Source is "Visible"). If it's already visible and on a scene that includes it when loading OBS, it auto crashes immediately. Every single time.

After some googling I can't seem to find this issue anywhere else.

I've been dealing with this for 3 days now and I'm completely exasperated. Any settings I should check? Can you include the steps to check them?

Bumping this up because I'm desperate and I can't seem to figure this out.

Does anyone have any ideas or even things for me to double check?
