Hi,
Can't find topic/info on the internet about this so here it goes.
Downloaded the elgato game capture software installs fine.
plugin the elgato cam link detects its there a driver gets installed (Ready for use etc)
Elgato game capture stays in status detecting signal.
Plug a HDMI input to it nothing happens.
try OBS same problem detects cam link but is there but no input.
reinstalled many of times both softwares still no luck (Got to a point where ive given up).
So tried Windows Camera for last resort; strangely enough windows camera detects the cam link with and video input and sound?
Anyone else had this problem manage to resolve? just baffled why its own software cant detect and obs doesnt get an input yet a simple little program like windows camera detects. any help would be grateful.
