I am trying to use the Elgato HD60 Pro to stream with OBS. Seeing as how I bought the device for its 1080p functionality, I tried that out with my Playstation 4 today, and noticed a distinct and persistent cackle in the audio. If I switch the source to 720p in the Elgato settings, the Elgato functions normally, and no cackle is heard.
Is there anything that can be done to remove the audio cackle when capturing at 1080p?
Please note: my streaming machine is brand new, and is nowhere near any of the thresholds, so I doubt it is a CPU issue or anything of that nature.
