So I have an Elgato 4k60. The elgato software and Xsplit dont stutter at all when playback is occurring. This only happens in OBS. About every 4 seconds its like the video stops for less than a second and then continues again. I have tried to change the framerate settings to match highest fps and tried to match the elgato settings on their website to no help.

Dont use Streamelements plugin not compa with 27.2.1 and make many problems to use SE docks use custome browser docks
delete complete obs folder and reinstall obs
