Elgato 4K60 Pro MK2 Device already in use by another application

Hy every body,

impossible to use 4k Capture Utility, i have an error message: " Device already in use by another application"

it's a new rig setup for streaming only (ryzen 5 3600 - MSI B450 Thomahawk Max - 16GB DDR4 3600 C16 - GTX 1650 SUPER for NVENC New) and 4K60 Pro MK2

obviously , clean install of Windows 10 Pro 2004, Geforce Experience not installed and XBOX Live desactivated

i have an image on OBS when i run it but nothing on 4K Capture Utility and impossible to setup the card into setting tab...

Can you help me please ?

I solved the problem.

I actually didn't have a headset/speaker connected to my audio output.

so the audio output is "inactive".

4KCaptureutility absolutely needs an active audio output otherwise you will get the same error message.

Please note that during its use, if you disconnect your audio device, you will lose the display and get the error message back.
