Please read and follow directions and recommendations on the analyzer:

You probably need 16GB more of RAM
Make sure you are recoding into a fast SSD M.2
And of course your computer may not be ready to record at 4k 60fps. Try reducing to 30fps or output resoultion to 2k at 60fps and 30 fps
Try a different encoder, like HEVC or AV1
