Elevated name in Recoding Filename Format

I was wondering if there was some way to make in the recording format for it to sate what application was in the foreground when recorded. Like %e for foreground exe or the current fullscreen app being recorded.
So it would be %e > GTAV.exe or something like that. If that could be implemented that would be cool. Or a plugin would also be awesome.
