Hey there!

Right, so I've been having this issue for a while now. About two weeks to be specific. Though, it hasn't seemed to resolve itself (nor have I been able to resolve it).

Basically, the problem I have is this: My El Gato HD60 is not outputting audio into my stream. This sucks. I've been told multiple times that the audio has not been working, and I only want to get it resolved as quickly as possible. I've went to El Gato support, looked online for a solution, heck. Considering going back to OBS Classic.

Just to be clear! The audio does work for say, the default software that came with my HD60. It just doesn't work for OBS Studio.

The audio just isn't working. It'd be great if you could help me out. Cause I'm stuck and I'm infinitely frustrated with trying to fix it.

Did you check the video capture device crossbar to make sure its settings are correct?

Where would I find this? I know of a button called "Configure Crossbar" in the device properties, but pressing it doesn't seem to do anything or open any prompt.

RIGHT. COOL. I SOLVED IT AND I FEEL INCREDIBLY STUPID.

So, as a YouTube channel, I like having it so my recording audio is all on separate tracks. What I didn't know is that while you're streaming. Only one track can be streamed. The track you select in your output settings under "Streaming".

I'll just go hide in a corner now.
