Either desktop or Mic audio disappear in raw recorded file

Hello,

My current setup has two separate audio channels.

One for desktop and one for mic audio.

When I'm recording, I know I'm getting sound from both since I see the bars moving and when I put the recorded file into my video editor. I get both aduio files..so that's not the issue.

Yet when I try to playback the raw video file... one of the audios isn't there for some reason...

And perhaps not coincidentally i've had audio playback issues in my video editor as well.

Does anyone have a solution for this?

Verify that you have both audio tracks visible when playing back your video in VLC -- you will have to select between then in the Audio menu drop down.

If both audio tracks exist in VLC playback, then it is an issue with your video editor recognizing multiple tracks.

I've had no issues with this workflow for multi-track audio:

Output to .mkv directly with OBS, use OBS to remux to .mp4, add .mp4 to Resolve's project files. Each audio track should show up stacked on top of each other once you drag the video onto your timeline.

Ya the audio tracks are showing up in davinci resolve, but for some reason the audio has been cutting out for 10 seconds at a time during playback.. hmmm

Edit: Now it is working??? What the fuck man
