Question / Help Effeciently Running the NDI plugin

Using the NDI plugin, i want to reduce the load OBS has on my gaming PC to the highest degree, without sacrificing too much stream quality. As a start, i have set my gaming PC encoding to NVENC and set the bitrate to 25000 with a keyframe interval of 0 with the hopes that my gaming PC will spew out the data packets through the Ethernet to my streaming PC without much encoding happening. My goal is to remove as much encoding as possible from my gaming PC while maintaining a watchable stream, ideally having the streaming PC perform almost all of the encoding. If anyone has any suggestions on how to improve upon this, please tell me :)

I stream at 720p 60fps. I want to keep this standard, though, so changing this is off limits.

Gaming PC:
[CPU] 4790K at 4.0Ghz & [GPU] GTX 1080

Streaming PC:
[CPU] Intel Core i7 (3rd Gen) 3630QM / 2.4 GHz, max turbo at 3.4GHz & [GPU]GTX 670MX - 3 GB

Internet speed of 60 up/down. I stream at 4000 bitrate from my streaming PC normally.
