Editing the Clip

Sir,
How can i Edit the clip in obs , i would like to give the in and out points for my specified clip and it has to loop by following marked in and out points.

This is a feature of video editors, but OBS is no video editor. OBS is a live streaming or recording app. You don't use OBS for postprocessing/cutting existing videos, you use OBS for creating videos from live content (which you afterwards may feed into some video editing app).
