You need some kind of video editor for this. OBS isn't the tool for this. Chopping from the front and back is the simplest editing task, so you can use about every video editor in existence. If you're running Windows 10, check the video editor that comes with Windows (called "Video-Editor". Otherwise, Google for "video editor".

Avidemux is the perfect program for this. Google it :-)
