Echoing Problem

Hello, I been having a weird Echoing problem on OBS, Everytime i talk on OBS its Echoing.... its like its delayed?? I don't know! When i say one thing it repeats and repeats again.. and again... and again--- it keeps going.. I searched on google for all the answers i made sure everything was on monitor only and still nothing everything was the same.. i disabled everything in settings and use input and output in the sources and even added the noise gate filter.. still NOTHING. But heres the catch! when i record theres no echo, THIS ONLY HAPPENS WHEN I AM STREAMING!

It is because you are listening to your stream, you need to mute it.
