So I had set up a capture card through OBS and everything ran fine. After about 15 minutes, it randomly caused the audio to start echoing everywhere. Changing around monitor settings, default audio settings, closing and resetting the software, restarting windows, and checking windows audio settings didn't help. At a loss for what could be happening right now
