Bug Report Echo on Recordings / TS3 with 7.1 Headset

Im using a Logitech G933 Artemis Snow Headset to play my Games.

If i record or stream with the OBS Studio Client, all my Friends, that are speaking in TS3, have Echos on the recorded or streamed Video.

If i switch off DTS or the 7.1 Sound, the Echos are gone. But i WANT play my Games with 7.1, because i bought it that way - to play with it, and dont put it offline, because OBS is not working with it.

I know, thats maybe a problem with Logitech - but i have that only, if i record with OBS. All another Recording Tools are working nice with it.

Any ideas or fixes for that "Bug"?

No idea here, but I have the same problem. Found this today, and thought I'd chip in with the info, but the properties on this playback device does not have an enhancement option, just a link to the Logitech Gaming Software. Seems like an issue with Windows 10, but yeah - if someone here can help out and it turns out not to be a Windows issue, or have a workaround, I will love you forever!

If you enhance audio, your recording with OBS has that enhancement.

If you listen to your own recording, you re-enhace your audio. This causes echo and / or reverberation.

So, disabling audio enhancements won´t re-enhance your audio. But do this ONLY to listen and check your recordings.

Hmm. If I understand you correctly, I should just disable it when listening to it? If so, it does not seem to work. And even so, it means I have to use my speakers, not my headset, when recording because of this so that others with audio enhancements won't get the effect when watching my material? /:

I tried looking at a video I uploaded to Youtube at work and there I have no enhancements activated, though the sound was still not good. See: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=li76r5Gx4GI

If I hear with my enhancements on, I perceive a little echo.
Without my enhancements sound is good, no echo.

I recorded this with enhancements ON

If I listen to it with enhancements ON I percive clearly echo and reverberance (double enhancement)
Without enhancementes ON, sound is perceived as it was recorded (with enhancements)

Thanks, but that didn't work for me. I recorded with enhancements ON, then listened to with with them OFF, and it just sounds equally bad. I record with them OFF and it's fine. Though then my actual gameplay is not worth mentioning, as I primarily bought the headset to get better sound when I'm playing, of course.

With Voicemeeter Banana if you listen to WDM siund you get no enhanced version.

So yiu can send that to stream or recording and use the other version ( i think it is MME . I'm with my mobile now, sory) to get theenhanced version.

This works with Realtek HD Audio.
