Question / Help Echo in Microphone Recording

So I've recently got a new mic, and it has been producing a strong echo in all my test recordings all of a sudden, while a few days ago it was just fine. I've tried everything I could find but nothing fixed the issue. Since I haven't really had an issue like this before, I don't know what kind of information is needed, so just let me know down below and I'll provide it. Here is a sample of the audio:

Make sure mic monitoring is off in Windows settings.

Make sure you're not sending monitoring output to a device you're capturing.

Settings > Advanced > Audio Monitoring Device

That selects which audio device monitoring is sent to.

In Edit > Advanced Audio Properties you can select for each audio source whether it is output, monitored, or both.

I checked and all audio sources are marked as "monitor off" in advanced audio properties.

Is your microphone active twice in Settings > Audio, or has it been selected there and also added as a source? The above makes it look like it is being initialized twice.

I might suggest in Settings > Audio disabling all audio devices, and adding your mic and other sound sources individually to a scene to make sure nothing is being duplicated.
