I've tried reading the various help files and I must admit I'm still completely baffled as to how to simply crop a video.
I have a single window I want to capture. I'm not sure of the resolution and would really rather not have to load a screencap into paint.NET just to get the X/Y resolution.
All of the search results I've seen so far seem to be about cropping WITHIN the window, which I don't really care to do. Everything within the window I want to capture should be captured, I just don't want a full 1600x900 video of a 400x400 (or whatever) window, and it seems there should be some automated way to have OBS figure out the inner window dimensions by itself - I'm just too much of a noob to figure out which buttons to click.
Many thanks in advance for whoever can give me a relatively pain-free method for doing this.
