Dynamic bitrate - Increase rate of recovery of bitrate?

Hi.
This is regarding the dynamic bitrate option. If there is a momentary network issue and the bandwidth drops, the bitrate drops as expected. But if the network recovers, the bitrate tends to climb back up a bit slowly. Is there a setting to change the rate at which the bitrate increases back to original?

Turns out you can just go into Output and manually change the bitrate, and the bitrate bounces back (provided your network is fine of course)
