DXGI Desktop Duplication BUG

I have a issue with recording my screen
When I try to record with the default setting which is DXGI Desktop duplication, it whitewashes or increases the brightness A LOT on the recordings.
and also showing a some artifacts on the recording.
I do NOT have HDR enabled or even available on my pc

But the windows 10 1903 and up duplication works fine


GPU: Integrated (iris xe graphics G7 80 from i5-1135G7)
OS: Windows 11 24H2 relase preview (X64)
Drivers GPU: Intel 32.0.101.5542

You activated some brightness or contrast "enhancement" within your graphics driver. Check this and revert the setting to defaults. Instead of increasing brightness within the graphics driver, use the brightness settings of your monitor. These are out of reach for OBS, while what happens within your graphics driver might have an impact on OBS screen capture.
